Last weekend left such a sweet taste in my mouth, I was surrounded by wonderful people, sharing moments that were nothing short of uplifting and playful. Building a blissful life becomes easier when you pay attention to who you're with, what you're doing, and how you're feeling.
On Friday I hit the road for Squamish with one my best friends, Kenz. We went to the first annual Squamish Constellation Festival and boogied the night away. Surrounded by the mountains and music, it was the most idyllic place to unwind and listen to local tunes.

Saturday and Sunday were spent catching up with old friends, connecting with new ones, and basking in the comfort of kind, welcoming people. I laughed a lot, swam in the ocean, and was completely at ease.
Building a blissful life asks that you check in with yourself and assess the interactions you have with others and the world around you. Who are you spending time with? What are you doing? Where are you going? Why are you drawn to certain people and activities? How do you feel before, during, and after?

Asking yourself these questions, and answering them honestly, can bring you clarity. You're drawn to certain people, places, and things for a reason, and once you can identify those reasons it becomes easier to find bliss, seek out those experiences, and emulate those positive characteristics and values yourself.
