You made it through another 365 days, give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it.

I know people have mixed feelings about NYE resolutions. Some don't believe in them at all, some think it's a silly tradition, and some fully embrace the "new year new me" motto.
Personally, I really like NYE and the celebration that accompanies the transition into the new year. It's symbolic. If life were a book, the clock striking midnight signifies the end of one chapter, and the start of another.
Regardless of your feelings towards NYE resolutions, having goals and setting intentions is important nonetheless. Reflect on this past year, what brought you joy? What did you want to cross off your bucket list but didn't get the chance to? What was blocking you from being successful (whatever successful looks like and means to you)? What have you been putting off that deserves more of your attention?
With these questions in mind, and some honest self-reflection, create a personalized blueprint for 2019. How will you actively work towards making your life in 2019 abundant?
I know it may seem daunting, but begin by writing out a list of what you want to accomplish. Once you have your list, create SMART goals and determine your action plan. Remember to keep yourself accountable, you can do this by telling others what you want to accomplish, and them naturally following up with you throughout the year can help keep you on track!
No matter what your goals are, I hope 2019 is filled with moments and experiences that bring you happiness. I hope you learn, grow, and gain new perspectives. I hope that if life puts you through the wringer you will come out on the other side still able to live each day with a grateful heart.
